Training & Development

We take great pride in sharing our skills, expertise and knowledge with local communities across the island. We support the Ceylon School for the Deaf in Ratmalana, by donating Bakers’ Flour, All-Purpose Flour and Cake Flour to the institute for their baking programme. We also conduct a series of training sessions and continuously share our baking tips with the youth at the school. The school strives to provide hearing impaired students with the practical and vocational skills they need to pursue independent careers and lifestyles, and we are honoured to be a part of their journeys.

We also conduct monthly educational sessions in partnership with the Ministry of Education, to provide practical training opportunities for Home Science teachers. We supply Bakers’ Flour  to the Armed Forces and our team often travels to army camps across the country, helping chefs in different military units to fine-tune their baking skills.
