The flour is white in colour having high water absorption with good dough strength, which allows the baker to maximize the number of bread loafs per kilogram of flour thus maximizing his profit.

“ Seven Star ” Rotti Flour: This flour is specially milled for eateries using best quality wheat. The extensibility of the dough is high, making it ideal to make Godhamba rotti, Parata Naan and other eatery products.
