Atta Wrap

  • 1000g – Seven Star Atta flour
  • 50g – Margarine
  • 20g – Salt
  • 540g – Ice water

Mix Atta in a bowl with margarine and salt.

Add water, a little at a time, until the dough becomes as firm.

Then let the dough sit for about 45 minutes.

Evenly divide the dough into about pieces 50 g each.

Roll each piece into a ball, then let it sit for another 20 minutes.

Flatten the pieces into a round circle using a rolling pin.

Heat frying pan on low heat, then bake the dough without oil. When it starts to bubble, flip over and bake the other side.

Make a filling for the Atta wrap made, with vegetables or meat.
