Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 160g – Seven Star Cake Flour
  • 200g – Sugar
  • 5g – Salt
  • 100g – Butter
  • 5g – Vanilla
  • 10g – Corn Flour
  • 5g – Baking Powder
  • 01 – Egg
  • 100g – Chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugar into a bowl and beat until creamy in medium speed.

Add vanilla extract and egg and mix in low speed.

Sieve the flour, baking powder, corn flour and salt together

Add sieved flour over the mixture and mix in with a wooden spoon.

Add the chocolate chips and stir well.

Using a teaspoon, place the mixture well apart on the baking trays.

Bake in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes in 1900C until light brown on the edges and still slightly soft in the center.
