Coconut Sponge Cake

  • 180g – 7 star cake flour
  • 65g – 7 star all-purpose flour
  • 200g – Eggs
  • 200g – Sugar
  • 10g – Baking powder
  • 6g – Salt
  • 110g – Butter
  • 235g – Coconut milk
  • 5g – Vanilla
  • 10g – Vinegar
  • 100g – Desiccated coconu

Add sugar, eggs and salt and mix it for 7 – 10 minutes in high speed by using Wisk.

Melt the butter by using heated pan and let it cool down.

Add Vinegar, Vanilla and coconut milk and mix it properly.

Mix cake flour all-purpose flour and baking powder and sieve it.

Mix all above mixers and mix the DC in to it.

Pour in to a cake tray and bake it 175c for 30 – 35 minutes.
