  • 1100g – 7 star cake flour
  • 1000g – Sugar
  • 1000g – Margarine
  • 1000g – Eggs
  • 100g – Milk Powder
  • 10g – Vanilla flavor
  • 15g – 20g Baking powder

Add margarine and sugar in to the mixer and mix it for 1 minute in slow speed, and then 10 to 12 minutes in medium speed.

Divide eggs in 4 equal portion and keep adding to the mixer in 4 times each time you have to mix at least 4 minutes.

Mix baking powder with 7 star cake flour and sieve it and then add in to the mixer and add flavor too.

Pour in to the muffin cake and bake it for 20 -25 minutes in 180C temperature.

Icing Cream

  • 250g – Icing sugar
  • 100g – Margarine
  • 2g – Flavor

Mix all the ingredients together until you get cream similar to ice cream
