Fish Bun

  • 1000g – Seven Star Bakers Flour
  • 100g – Sugar
  • 15g – Salt
  • 560g – Water
  • 100g – Margarine / Fat
  • 10g – Yeast
  • 10g – Bread Improver
  • 01 – Egg

In a mixing bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and bread improver and mix for 1 minute.

Next add water and half of the beaten egg and mix well for another one minute.

Add butter and knead by hand until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.

Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

After that, divide the dough down in to round balls and allow them to rise for 10 minutes.

Using a rolling pin, shape the dough in to a flat thin round shape sheet.
