  • 115g – Seven Star Semolina
  • 55g – Sugar
  • 75g – Gee
  • 225g – 340g – Water
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Almond
  • Cashews

Combine the water and sugar and place over moderate heat, stir until it boils.

Stir fry Seven Star Semolina until they darken to a tan color.

Melt gee in another saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add semolina which fried earlier, cardamom powder and cashews and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the saucepan of semolina from the heat, and slowly pour the hot syrup into the semolina, stirring steadily.

Transfer it in to a plate and decorate with almonds. Serve hot.
