Add all the dry ingredients in to a mixing bowel and mix it for one minute in slow speed.
Add water and mix it again one minute in slow speed.
Mix that mixer for 10 – 12 minutes until dough get developed (add margarine after 5 minutes).
Rest the dough for 10 – 15 minutes.
Divide & Scale in to 65g – 75g and round it and keep for 25 – 30 minutes.
Fill with vegetable filling in to the dough and mould the dough pieces desired shape.
