Wholemeal Biscuit

  • 1000g – Seven Star Wholemeal Flour
  • 500g – Sugar
  • 200g – Water
  • 300g – Margarine
  • 4 – Eggs (Beaten)
  • 20g – Baking Powder

 

In a large bowl, whisk together 7 Star Whole Meal flour, baking powder, sugar, water, margarine and eggs.

Knead the dough well until all the dry ingredients are moistened.

Divide the dough in to pieces of 25g / 30g each.

Roll or pat the dough out to about 2 ½ cm thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter and dust sugar on top of it.

Bake in 1900C for 12 – 15 minutes.
