Mix margarine, salt and sugar in a bowl for about 10 minutes until creamy in medium speed.
Add 1 egg to the above mixture and mix for 4 minutes then add the other egg and again mix for another 4 minutes.
Add Desiccated coconut and mix for 3 minutes in medium speed.
Divide the dough in to small pieces and roll each of them into a shape of a ball. Use hand to flatten these balls into patties.
Bake until golden brown, in the temperature 170 – 180 0C for about 15 – 20 minutes.
