Butter Cake

  • 1000g – Seven star cake flour
  • 1000g – Sugar
  • 1000g – Butter/Margarine
  • 18Nos – Eggs
  • 12g – Baking powder
  • 10g – Flavors

Beat the margarine or butter together with sugar until fine texture.

Add the eggs gradually in to the mixture and mix.

Sieve the flour together with baking powder.

Add the sieved flour gradually in the mixture add flavors, essence .

Baking temperature – 180 C

Baking time – 45-60 minutes
