Chapathi

(For 10 – 12 Chapathis)

  • 260g – Seven Star Atta Flour
  • 130g – Water
  • 1/2 tsp – Salt
  • 1-2 tsp – Gee

Mix 7 Star Atta flour and salt in a bowl.

Add water to the flour mixture and knead the mixture until it’s soft.

Add Gee and mix until it’s fully combined.

Place the dough into an oiled bowl and cover it for 25 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10-12 small balls, and dust them in flour.

Roll the dough with a rolling pin to form thin circles.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook each chapathi on both sides.

Remove the chapathi from the pan and serve hot.
