Ingredients

  • Baking spray – for spraying custard cups
  • Stick butter – 1
  • Bittersweet chocolate- 2 ounces
  • Semisweet chocolate- 2 ounces
  • Powdered sugar- 1 ¼ cups
  • Whole eggs- 2
  • Egg yolks – 3
  • Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
  • 7 Star Cake Flour flour- ½ cup
  • Ice cream, for serving

 

 Recipe

Initially, the oven requires to be pre heated at 425 degrees F, spray four custard cups with baking spray and place the custard cups on a baking sheet. While that’s been prepared, the butter, bittersweet chocolate and the semisweet chocolates has to be put into a large bowl has to be microwaved at high till the butter is melted for approximately 1 minute; afterwards whisk until the chocolate is also melted. Stir the sugar into the mixture until it’s been well blended, whisk the eggs and yolk, add the vanilla into the mixture and stir the all-purpose flour into the mixture. Then the mixture will be divided among custard cups. For approximately 13 minutes let it bake until the sides are firm and centers are soft, letting it set for 1 minute. Invert on individual plates while warm and an ice cream according to your preference can be added, and voila these luscious and delicious lava cakes will be ready to be served.
