French Bread

  • 1000g – Seven Star Bakers Flour
  • 20g – Sugar
  • 18g – Salt
  • 10g – Bread Improver
  • 10g – Fat
  • 10g – Yeast
  • 600g – Water

In a large bowl, mix Seven Star Bakers flour, sugar, salt, yeast and bread improver for 1 minute.

Add water and again mix for 1 minute until it forms a stiff dough.

Add fat and knead until observe a smooth and elastic dough.

Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into about evenly sized pieces and let rise for another 10 minutes.

Mold the pieces into shapes of a bread.

Bake them in a temperature of 220 oC for 25 – 35 minutes.

Remove the breads from the bread pans soon after baking.
