  • 1000g – Seven Star Rotti Flour
  • 30 g – Sugar
  • 20g – Salt
  • 22g – Yeast
  • 50g (1) – Egg
  • 200g – Fat
  • 40g – Milk Powder
  • 425g – Water

Place flour in a large bowl. Add Salt, Sugar, Yeast and Milk Powder and mix well.

Then add Egg and Water and knead until observe a smooth dough.

Add Fat to the above dough mixture and knead again.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes to rest.

Divide the dough in to 200g pieces each and keep in rest again for another 15 minutes of time.

After that, roll the dough in a floured surface using a rolling pin and flatten the dough in to a shape of a disk in a greased pizza pan.

Top the pizza with an appropriate filling and bake in a preheated oven for 35 -45 minute in 2500C.
