Sponge Cake

  • 375g – Seven Star Cake Four
  • 50g – Corn Flour
  • 15 – Eggs
  • 424g – Sugar
  • 100g – Oil
  • 10g – Salt

Add eggs and sugar in to mixing bowl and mix it for one minute in slow speed and 10 – 15 minutes in high speed by using whisk until it get devolved.

Mix corn flour with seven star cake flour and sieve and add it to the batter.

Put in to the trays and bake for 15 minutes to 20 minutes in 180oC oven.
