Annual Sales Conference 2018 : Serendib Flour Mills

Serendib Flour Mills recently concluded its Sixth Annual Sales Conference recently at the Airport Gateway Hotel at a glittering ceremony attended by an audience of approximately 175, consisting of senior management, heads of departments, sales force, and other invitees. The theme for the year 2019 is ‘Glory through Quality and Service”.

The objective of the conference was to review the progress in 2018, recognize and celebrate the high achievers and set the strategies and plans for 2019.

The senior management took the stage, congratulating and encouraging staff on their efforts which contributed towards nourishing the nation.

The highlight of the event was to recognize and reward the Best Performers for 2018. Area Sales Executive Sanjeewa won the coveted 7 Star B2B Sales Executive of the Year Award for 2018 while pushing last year’s winner Asela Pushpakumara to the 2^nd place.
