Serendib Flour Mills had its 2019 Annual Sales Conference on the 9^th of January at the Airport Garden Hotel. The Senior Management, all field sales personnel, heads of departments attended the Gala ceremony. The Chief Executive officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Technical officer addressed the gathering with their reviews of the year. As customary a detailed sales review of the year was done by the Director Sales & Marketing where the year’s positives and negatives were all discussed at length. The Strategy plan for 2020 was unveiled by Head of Marketing & Communications.

To motivate the team a special motivational session was organized and the team was able to listen to Chaaminda Kumarasiri who is a Chartered Accountant, Corporate Trainer, Leadership Coach and consultant.

However the highlight of the event was the selection and rewarding of the best performers for 2019. In spite of the difficulties & obstacles a selected few sales personnel were felicitated for their hard and exceptionally work. There winners were selected from three categories namely the Technical Sales Executive of the Year, B2B Sales Executives of the year and the most Coveted, the 7 Star Sales Executive of the Year 2019.

They were judged from a robust criterion which includes monthly and yearly overall achievements, product wise achievements, growth YOY along with administration and new innovative ideas.
