Serendib Flour Mills published their first ever Quarterly Newsletter titled “Nourishing the Nation” (or Deshaye Poshanaya) recently.

The primary objective of the Newsletter is to keep the stakeholders especially the customers informed of the progress and the developments of the company. It’s published in Sinhala & Tamil languages and the company hopes to publish this in every quarter.

The title of the newsletter was selected to keep up with the corporate mission, which is to enhance the overall standard of the wheat flour industry, provide optimal nourishment and increase the quality of life of all Sri Lankans.
The 1st issue carries a message from the Chief Technical Consultant, information on the revolutionary Bakery Insurance Scheme introduced by Serendib, Opening of the new Mill at the Colombo port and the opening of the new warehouse in Kurunegala, recipes etc along with an employee interview.
We sincerely believe this initiative will bring the Serendib Flour Mills Closer to its customers and will be able to forge a sustainable and mutually beneficial long-lasting relationship!
